PROJECTS
SECURING EMPLOYMENT
​
​One of the major projects we have taken on include helping community members secure employment in order to support their families. We will be able to offer this by job placement within the organization and the community. By helping with employment many members will be able to support themselves quicker.
KIDZKARE
​
​Upon helping the parents secure employment some will need temporary aid for childcare. Kidzkare will ensure that children are provided with responsible childcare and not left in compromising positions. Kidzkare will be used to establish relationships with reliable childcare providers.
RIDES FOR WORK
​
​Some of our parents do not have reliable transportation therefore we will endeavor to help them secure used vehicles. Parents will receive a down payment from our organization with insurance and monthly payments as their responsibility.
TAILORED TUTORING​
​
Tailored tutoring is provided in order to help kids and parents. As parents join the workforce many will have to complete some training whether it is for a job or furthering their education. As the parents work, help will be provided to assist their children with homework or tutoring as needed.
​​HALTING HOMELESSNESS
​
We will be working with various real estate offices to secure temporary housing for those who have lost their homes or are on the verge of being evicted. These homes will be temporary as we help the parent to secure housing for themselves.
FAMILY FESTIVALS
​
Throughout the year we will host a bevy of events, which will help the parents and their children develop stronger bonds. One of the events we will be hosting is a back to school bash. This event will help to provide school supplies for those who can not afford them.
